Tuna Macaroni Casserole

Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.

It is so nice out right now. I am trying to soak up as much sun as possible before The Bachelor begins. I am dying to see who Ben picks, or if he will pick anyone at all. It is also nice being able to have all the wild dogs outside.

I got a little nervous when a squirrel ran through the yard, but it made it through undetected by the dogs. Being as the squirrel is the sexy version of a rat, I got to thinking that Mel’s Shih Tzu, Lilly, is kind of like the sexy version of my pugs.

They both have short muzzles with a hint of an under bite.

It is Lilly’s silky coat and fluffy tail that lures people in.

Now do not even get me started on the Pekinese breed. They are the true Fabio version of a pug.

With swimsuit season lurking, I am sticking with a Lean Cuisine for myself, but one quick meal I make for Chris is…

Tuna Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients:

1 box Kraft Macaroni and Cheese

2 Tablespoons butter

¼ cup milk

1 can tuna

1 cup potato chips, crushed

Directions:

1. Prepare macaroni as directed.

2. Mix in tuna.

3. Place in a baking dish and top with potato chips.

4. Broil in oven for 3 to 5 minute to toast chips.

5. Enjoy!

This meal is great for kids who love Mac and Cheese since the tuna adds protein to the dish.

When there is an option to add something crunchy, you have to do it! The chips make it so much better.

This casserole is too easy not to make.

What do you think about The Bachelor finale?
