A long time ago,

a wish started growing in my heart.

At first, it was a quiet wish that nobody knew.

Then it became an out-loud wish

that grew and grew and grew.

Since getting married…

Things I have been…a wife, college graduate, a pet owner, a runner, a banker, a loan representative, a volunteer, able to live on a budget, a first time homeowner, a geologist’s wife, a Ford driver, a decorator, a pug rescuer, a blogger, a healthy cook, a neat freak, a photographer, a part-time employee, a better person than I was when I got here.

After getting pregnant…

Things I wish to be…a mommy, a patient wife, a busy person, an educator, a more disciplined dog trainer, a more evolved blogger, a great friend, a better Christian, a master budgeter, a do-it-your-selfer, a gardener, a student, conscious of the environment, a party planner, a painter, an even better person than when I got there. And surely this list will grow…
