I hope everyone had as wonderful of a weekend as I did. My family traveled down to Oklahoma to watch my cousin’s football team take on The University of Tulsa, and it was so fun to get to spend the weekend with them. I wish I would have found some of these recipes to bring to our tailgate, but there is always next week. Here is this week’s edition of Sally’s Pins.

Sausage Cheese Muffins: A friend made these tasty treats for a baby shower, but they would also be there perfect item to take for a morning tailgate session.

Braided Top Knot: I love simple ways to pull back your hair, and the braids add so much detail to this bun.

10 Healthy Quinoa Recipes: Quinoa is considered a grain, but it is more like a vegetable with its high protein content. It is one food I want to incorporate more into my diet, and I think I will start with these recipes.

13.1 Songs for 13.1 Miles: There is nothing worse than having your iPod die or listening to a slow song when you are running. These songs are a surefire way to help boost your energy during a long run.

Pumpkin Coffee Cake with Brown Sugar Glaze: My pumpkin pick of the week comes from Six Sisters’ Stuff with their amazing take on coffee cake. I bet that crumble topping is too good to be true.

10 Things Healthy People Do Before Noon: I am leaning towards considering myself a morning person because that is the time I am usually most productive. I love these healthy tips, especially the use of following a calendar or to-do list.

Skinny Funfetti Cupcakes: There is nothing like biting into a sprinkle filled cupcake that screams celebration, but with a skinny version you can celebrate even more!

35 Decorating Secrets from Top Interior Designers: This is truly wonderful advice. I especially love Sallie Giordano’s tip .”You never want to match your walls to a color in one of your fabrics. It will be too strong. Find a grayed-out version of the color.”

Mexican Stuffed Peppers with Quinoa & Black Beans: Yummy! This is a great way to cut out the carbs without adding meat. I can’t wait to try this recipe!

Bed Linen Storage Idea: My linen closet is the biggest eyesore in my house. Storing bed sheets in pillowcases might be the solution I need.

40 Ways to Distract a Toddler: The best thing about Pinterest is you can pin now to view later. I will definitely be coming back to this pin for lifesaving advice.

14 Week Home Organization Program: My husband calls my need for organization “nesting.” I call it peace and serenity. I feel so much better after a deep cleaning session.

Party Idea Website: Anyone throwing out ideas for Mac and Cheese Cups at a party is brilliant in my books. I can’t wait to use this website for my next party.

Before and After Photo with Baby: There are so many cute ways to document before and after baby photos, but I especially like the use of blocks in this one.

Wine Glass with Calorie Measurements: I need this wine glass! I am so bad at eyeballing wine servings, and I love that besides ounces it also has calorie content on there.

What do you think is the perfect serving size for a glass of wine?
