Ranch Veggie Dip with Greek Yogurt
The first to apologize is the bravest, the first to forgive is the strongest, and the first to forget is the happiest. UNKNOWN
I have been battling with day 20 of the last six months, and today I finally won! It all started when my friend bought a few Groupon deals for Wine and Palette, where everyone goes to drink and paint. We kept trying to get into a class, but they all filled up so quickly.
After finding out that the new month is released on the 20th, I knew I had to act quickly today. Before heading to the gym, I saw that all classes were still open, but by the time I got home five had filled up. Time was of the essence. The only problem was our choice had to be a group consensus. Browsing on two iPhones, frantically calling my husband to sign us up, and two classes later we were all enrolled!
It might not have been my top pick, but who can really resist the beach scenery?
A few weeks from today, I will be bringing a copy of this baby home. It will be the first time since high school that I have dabbled in painting, and the first time doing so with a drink in hand. It can only boost my creativity!
I am sure there will be plenty of munchies on hand, but tonight I threw together another easy party snack…
Ranch Veggie Dip made with Greek Yogurt
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
Directions:
1. Place yogurt in bowl.
2. Pour in seasoning.
3. Mix together.
4. Enjoy!
This yogurt version is much healthier, so it surprises me how thick and delicious it is.
I like my dip to stick to the vegetables, so each bite is packed with flavor.
It is easy for plating too, which means it is kid friendly. Yum!
I love simple things. It is so easy to keep a seasoning packet on hand and mix with yogurt when needed.
What do you like to each your vegetables with?
I love mine with hummus!
