Stouffer’s Five Cheese Lasagna
Having a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body.

Losing weight is a science that can be calculated and measured…for the most part. During the next month, I am going to try my hardest to stick to a strict calorie diet. When counting calories, sometimes it is easiest to eat measured, processed food, but by no means do I endorse choosing processed over whole foods. I do choose convenience foods occasionally to stick to my tightened regimen.
So I decided why not share my favorite go to products. When Chris has other evening plans, I like to keep it simple. Tonight it was real simple. Eight minutes in the microwave to be exact.
Well more like 30 seconds of work, and I had a huge chunk of cheesy lasagna all for just 340 calories.
Judging by the size of that lasagna you can tell it did not come from a Lean Cuisine or Smart One’s box.
No it is way too thick. When choosing frozen lasagna there is one brand that stands above all others…
Stouffer’s Five Cheese Lasagna
I would typically have this lasagna when it came in a big family-sized pan, so I was thrilled when I spotted it in an individual sized portion.
You know what this means, all four sides are corner pieces with extra crunchy cheese!!!
It also comes in a meat variety, but with this version’s amazing mix of gooey cheese with a crunch, who needs the meat?
It is hard to beat homemade lasagna, but Stouffer’s does a really nice job of giving us an easy alternative.
For those of us keeping track of every morsel we put into our mouths, it makes for a perfect simple dinner idea.
What’s your favorite type of lasagna?
